Dallas Symphony Orchestra visits Circle T Ranch in Westlake with concert trio

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will be heading to Westlake for a concert trio next month.

The Circle T Ranch Music Festival, September 1-3, will feature an outdoor stage, featuring “contemporary and classical music at sunset and in the evening on the Ranch’s scenic grounds,” according to a press release from DSO.

The festival is a partnership with the Perot family and presented by Capital One.

“We are honored to partner with Ross Perot Jr. and his family to perform at the spectacular and historic Circle T Ranch for this unique music festival,” said Kim Noltemy, President and CEO of the Symphony Orchestra of Dallas. “The Perots have been wonderful supporters of the DSO for decades, and it is exciting for us to collaborate on an exciting new initiative. “

The family-friendly festival will feature performances from the DSO and special guest artists, as well as food trucks and several pre-concert activities. Each concert will be followed by fireworks.

Each evening, the DSO will present themed shows, including Broadway, A Night of Classics and A Patriotic Evening. Tony Award-winning Kelli O’Hara will perform on September 1 alongside Rob Fisher, conductor and founding music director of New York City Center Encores! series.

Co-concertmaster Nathan Olson and associate solo violinist Eunice Keem will take center stage on September 2. The final performance on September 3 will feature patriotic music, featuring the brass and percussion sections of the DSO.

General admission tickets cost $ 40 for adults, $ 10 for children 10 and under, and infants are free. A limited number of VIP packages are available and include a three-course dinner and special concert tickets.
