Dragon Ball Super’s Toshio Furukawa Might Have One Of The Biggest Piccolo Collections In The World

Turns out Dragon Ball Super star Toshiro Furukawa might have one of the biggest Piccolo collections in the world! It’s been a really good time to be a fan of Piccolo in the franchise, because while the fights in the manga seem to have left him behind, the anime franchise will put him front and center for his big comeback. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero hits theaters in Japan starting next month, and it will be the first new anime release in four long years. Headlining his main battle will be Gohan and Piccolo, who even gets a new form for the occasion.

“So I really like Piccolo. Whenever someone asks me who my favorite character is, I always answer ‘Piccolo without hesitation,'” Furukawa began. an idea of ​​how much I love him. I bought this ‘Super Movie Ticket’ for Dragon Ball Super: SUPERHERO also. I’m kind of a geek, you know? I always had this “collector” gene in me, so I amassed collections of all kinds of things. I’m running out of space to put it all in.” Fans are probably going to be happy to see how much the voice behind Piccolo loves his character, and soon we’ll be able to see him in action as Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero hits theaters at Japan on June 11 and hits international theaters from August.
