“FRIENDS OF THE CONROE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA” WAS THE HIGHEST BID FOR THE CONROE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA’S WINE TASTING FUNDRAISING EVENT!

“FRIENDS OF THE CONROE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA” WAS THE HIGHEST BID
FOR THE CONROE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA WINE TASTING FUNDRAISING EVENT!

The Friends of the Symphony Orchestra were hosted by FOS member Lorraine Counts at her charming home on the Walden golf course. The FOS Board of Directors circled the wagons of this special silent auction item last spring at Amores Fine Restaurant for the FOS “Spring Fling Event”. This event was organized by the “Friends of the Symphony” in support of the Conroe Symphony Orchestra. FOS member Lorraine Counts offered the wine tasting evening to be held at her home for this special group of supporters, and ‘cheers’ were held by all!

Ian Montgomery, CS, CSW Owner of Neighborhood Cellar in Dallas, offered an early evening wine tasting program on the outdoor patio, with views of the pool, deer, and lake. Refreshments covered the tables provided by the hostess, to accompany the variety of wines presented. The Friends of the Symphony Orchestra Ladies know their wines, and have even learned more! After the presentation, all were welcomed for a dinner hosted by hostess Lorraine Counts, which was prepared by the Walden Yacht Club. You can count on their food to always be delicious!
FOS President Gaby Tryon presented Lorraine with a beautiful hostess gift consisting of a red and gold French china vessel with beautiful live plants, on behalf of the FOS present.
