The Rolling Stones unveil a new “Troubles A ‘Comin”

The Rolling Stones have recorded countless songs over the years, some of which have never even been on an album. But with the anniversary reissues opening up a second chance to make a first impression, Mick Jagger and the team are making the most of it. Currently celebrating the 40th anniversary of their 1981 Tattoo yourself album with a remastered and expanded edition, the group has just unveiled their cover of “Troubles A ‘Comin'” by the Chi-Lites. This newly expanded edition features nine unreleased tracks which all appeared during the recording and promotion of the classic. Tattoo yourself album. This version of “Troubles A ‘Comin'” was recorded in 1979 in Paris when bassist Bill Wyman was still a prominent member of the group. It’s a guitar-focused track that’s reinforced by that Mick Jagger swagger.
